Position : Air Freight Operations Assistant (Import/Export) Location : Changi Cargo ( Direct bus from Tampines East MRT/Pasir Ris) Working hours : Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm after probation Salary(commensurate on experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 12 days Annual leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Logistics / Freight Forwarding Main Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits, and declarations Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations Requirements : Minimum ITE/Diploma in related field.
