Key Responsibilities : Welcome customers with warmth and provide personalized skincare & beauty consultations. Demonstrate and recommend products tailored to individual needs. Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, ingredients and latest beauty trends. Deliver exceptional service while achieving sales and store performance goals. Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately. Ensure the store environment reflects our brands, well-presented, inspiring and compliance with hygiene standards. Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping. Support the team in daily store operations as required.
