About the Role At Meyer, ecommerce is one of our key growth engines. As our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a hands-on role in managing and growing our ecommerce business across Singapore and Malaysia. This is not a role focused purely on execution, nor is it purely strategic. Weare looking for someone who enjoys both. On any given day, you may be analyzing marketplace performance, optimizing digital campaigns, coordinating with regional teams, launching new products, updating product listings or preparing business insights. Success in this role comes from taking ownership, working independently and balancing commercial thinking with day-to-day execution. You will be the key ecommerce representative in Singapore, partnering closely with the RegionalEcommerce team to drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage Our Ecommerce Business Own the day-to-day management of Shopee, Lazada andretailer.com platforms. Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, product content and storefront merchandising. Coordinate campaign setup including vouchers, bundles, flash sales, CPAS and platform marketing activities. Support new product launches and ensure ecommerce readiness across all online channels. Ensure operational accuracy across listings, promotions and campaign execution. 2. Drive Business Performance Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS and other ecommerce. Analyze business performance to identify trends,opportunities and potential risks. Recommend practical actions to improve sales, profitability and customer experience. Prepare business reports with observations, insights and recommendations rather than data alone. Work closely with regional ecommerce and performance marketing teams to optimize business performance. 3. Digital Marketing & Customer Growth Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and marketplace advertising channels. Support CPAS and other performance marketing initiativeswith agencies and regional teams. Manage website content, social media content, influencercollaborations and livestream campaigns. Continuously improve online customer experience and digitalengagement. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth ecommerce operations. Support new omnichannel initiatives and business improvement projects. Build effective relationships with internal and external partners to deliver business objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Ecommerce or a related discipline is preferred. 2–5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, marketplace management or digital marketing. Hands-on experience managing ecommerce operations independently will be highly regarded. Hands-on experience managing Shopee and Lazada marketplaces. Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and CPAS is advantageous. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, enhance content creation, analyze business performance and automate routine tasks to drive business efficiency and better decision-making. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with business data. What We're Looking For Works independently and takes ownership of responsibilities.
