Performance Management Executive

We are seeking a motivated executive to join our Performance Management team in driving organisational excellence by building a high performing workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end performance management cycle, including performance appraisal, ranking and promotion exercises and succession planning. Key Responsibilities: • Keep abreast of performance management initiatives within the Public Service and work with the team to formulate and align performance management policies and approaches accordingly. • Work with the team to develop succession strategies and frameworks to manage and develop sustainable succession. • Work together with the team to run and manage performance appraisal as well as ranking and promotion cycles. • Process confirmations, emplacements and transfers of service. • Degree in any discipline or equivalent competencies • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Good team player • Only Singaporeans need apply.
