Job Description Develop and implement CNC machining processes for precision metal components Translate engineering drawings (including GD&T requirements) into manufacturing workflows Create, review, and validate CNC programs (CAD/CAM) in offline environments Design and optimise tooling, fixturing, and workholding solutions Support new product introduction (NPI) and process industrialisation Troubleshoot machining and production issues to improve yield and efficiency Collaborate with Quality teams on metrology, gauging, and process control Maintain and improve manufacturing documentation, including digital/paperless systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline At least 3 years of relevant experience in CNC machining / precision manufacturing Prior exposure to aerospace or high-precision environments (e.g. oil & gas, medtech) Strong understanding of:CNC machining processesG-code / M-code conceptsCAD/CAM tools (e.g. Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM)GD&T / ANSI Y14.5 blueprint reading Experience in tooling and fixture design is advantageous Familiarity with metrology and inspection techniques (e.g. CMM) Strong problem-solving skills with …
