Deliver strategic legal guidance to core corporate functions, enabling smooth operations and forward-thinking solutions. Lead negotiations and reviews of procurement and IT contracts, focusing on high-value and complex deals. Partner with senior management to shape contracts, manage legal risk, and uphold compliance standards. Spearhead projects to elevate legal processes and ensure the organization stays ahead of regulatory trends. The Successful Applicant Qualified to practice law in Singapore or a relevant jurisdiction. Minimum 20 years post qualification experience. Extensive experience in corporate, commercial, or strategic legal roles; familiarity with large, matrix environments is highly regarded. Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting procurement and IT contracts. Inspirational leadership and communication skills, with a passion for empowering teams. No industry sector restrictions.
