Lead event operation for a new venue Shape client experience across concerts and premium events About Our Client Our client is a leading player in the live entertainment and venue management space, with a strong presence across concerts, live performances, corporate events, hospitality and premium event experiences. Job Description Lead the full post-sales event planning process from contract confirmation through to event delivery and post-event review. Act as the main client-facing contact for promoters, event organisers, corporate clients, wedding planners and other key stakeholders. Coordinate event requirements including timelines, floor plans, production schedules, technical needs, catering, security, logistics and accreditation. Prepare and oversee event documentation such as Event Orders, production schedules, operational plans, briefing notes and post-event follow-ups. Partner closely with venue operations, production, technical, engineering, security, ticketing, housekeeping and hospitality teams to ensure smooth execution. Manage planning meetings, site inspections, internal briefings, pre-event conferences, final walkthroughs and client debriefs. Lead and develop the event planning team while establishing SOPs, workflows, planning templates and client servicing standards. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree holder. More than 7 years of experience in event operation or venue management Strong experience managing concerts and live entertainment events Strong understanding of event production, venue operations, crowd flow, logistics, safety requirements and live event workflows. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisation, problem-solving and documentation skills.
