The organisation is recognised for its disciplined credit approach, bespoke financing capability and long-standing institutional relationships across the region. The platform is active across private credit and structured financing opportunities, with a strong focus on rigorous underwriting, downside protection, security analysis and disciplined credit decision-making. Job Description Evaluate private credit and structured financing opportunities across sponsor-backed, asset-backed and bespoke credit transactions. Prepare detailed credit papers, investment memos and recommendations for internal approval committees and senior stakeholders. Conduct in-depth credit underwriting, financial modelling, accounting analysis, downside case assessment and recovery analysis. Assess transaction structures across senior secured, mezzanine, HoldCo and other bespoke credit instruments. Work closely with legal counsel, sponsors, borrowers and internal stakeholders on due diligence, documentation, execution and post-investment monitoring. The Successful Applicant Minimum 8 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, structured credit, mezzanine finance, sponsor finance or special situations . Demonstrated experience preparing credit papers, investment memos or credit recommendations for complex financing transactions. Strong understanding of capital structures across senior secured, mezzanine, HoldCo, asset-backed or other bespoke credit instruments. Solid grounding in financial modelling, accounting analysis, downside protection, security packages and recoveries. Regional transaction experience across APAC is advantageous, with exposure to cross-border deals and diverse credit markets.
