Job Description Lead the development and evolution of brand identity systems across multiple platforms Translate complex business and data concepts into compelling visual narratives Design scalable assets including marketing materials, templates, and digital touchpoints Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging Present and defend design rationale to senior stakeholders with confidence Mentor junior designers and uplift overall creative capability within the team Oversee end-to-end creative production with strong attention to detail and timelines The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in brand design within agencies or complex organisations Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, storytelling, and visual consistency Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design environments Ability to balance creative thinking with commercial and business objectives Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively What's on Offer You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact design function within a growing and innovative business.
