Job Description Lead and implement regional ethics & compliance programmes aligned with global standards Advise business leaders on regulatory risks and mitigation strategies Design and drive targeted compliance training and communication initiatives Oversee investigations into potential breaches of policy, law, or governance standards Manage case handling processes, ensuring timely and confidential resolution Conduct compliance reviews and site assessments across regional markets Strengthen third-party compliance frameworks and stakeholder engagement The Successful Applicant A successful legal professional should have: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline Over 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or investigations within a multinational environment Proven track record in managing compliance programmes and leading investigations Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, antitrust, and regulatory frameworks Deep expertise in international trade compliance (export controls, sanctions, import regulations) Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrix organisation Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in complex environments What's on Offer This is an opportunity to take on a high-impact regional role within a reputable multinational organisation.
