Job Description Support execution of M&A and capital markets transactions across the region Prepare high-quality pitch materials, client presentations, and analysis Build and maintain financial models including valuation and scenario analysis Conduct industry and market research to support deal origination Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction workstreams Engage with clients on capital strategy and financing considerations The Successful Applicant 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets Strong financial modelling and valuation skillset Solid academic background in finance, accounting, or related disciplines Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deal environment Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to accelerate your investment banking career within a reputable regional platform with strong deal flow.
