Job Description Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will support the development and execution of the organisation's compliance framework across Singapore, with potential regional exposure.Key responsibilities include: Support the implementation and enhancement of compliance policies and programmes Monitor adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal governance standards Conduct compliance risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement Partner with business stakeholders to provide advisory on compliance-related matters Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and follow-up actions Assist in investigations and handling compliance-related issues where required Deliver training and awareness programmes to promote a strong compliance culture Maintain accurate documentation and preparing reports for senior stakeholders. The Successful Applicant You are a proactive and detail-oriented compliance professional who is comfortable operating in a multinational environment.Key requirements: Degree in Finance, or a related discipline At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, audit, or legal Experience within a multinational organisation is advantageous Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance principles Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
