Job Description Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are met.Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting and strengthening global compliance programmes, with a particular emphasis on sanctions compliance and anti-bribery & corruption initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Lead the enhancement and implementation of global compliance policies, procedures, and controls Act as a subject matter expert for sanctions, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and ethics-related matters Monitor global regulatory developments and assess operational impact across international markets Oversee sanctions due diligence activities, screening processes, and escalation reviews Partner with commercial, operations, finance, and other business functions to embed compliance controls Support investigations into compliance incidents and drive remediation initiatives Design and deliver compliance training programmes to increase awareness and strengthen risk culture The Successful Applicant Degree in Law, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of compliance experience within a multinational environment Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance, anti-bribery & corruption, and broader regulatory frameworks Experience developing and implementing compliance policies and governance programmes Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and drive programme improvements Exposure to investigations, due diligence reviews, and compliance monitoring activities Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions and geographies Professional sanctions-related certification would be highly advantageous What's on Offer This opportunity offers exposure to a highly international business environment where compliance is viewed as a strategic function.
