Manage ERP configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations. Oversee ERP integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with related business systems. Manage ERP vendors and support partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and service quality. Administer ERP environments, system updates, licensing, security, and disaster recovery processes. Drive ERP standardization and alignment across multiple entities and regional operations. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions and support operational needs. Maintain system documentation, user access controls, compliance requirements, and change management processes The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of ERP experience covering both functional and technical responsibilities; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience preferred . Strong knowledge across core ERP functions, including Finance, Supply Chain , and related business processes. Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, workflows, data management, and system enhancements. Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts from requirements gathering through go-live. Exposure to multi-entity and multi-country ERP environments, including intercompany processes and system integrations. Experience managing ERP vendors or managed service providers and overseeing service delivery. Ability to bridge business and IT teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions. Experience creating user documentation, conducting training, and supporting user adoption. Familiar with IT governance, change management, and system documentation best practices. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Mandarin to support communication with regional stakeholders. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
