Job Description Process and manage distributor compensation and payment requests accurately Ensure timely execution of payments in line with operational SLAs Handle income statement requests and distributor-related queries Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies Develop and enhance reporting tools using Excel and automation techniques Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects Participate in system enhancements and user acceptance testing The Successful Applicant A successful Associate, Compensation should have: Degree qualified with 2+ years of experience in financial services or operations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA is advantageous Experience in payments, compensation, or finance operations Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer This role offers an opportunity to build deep expertise in compensation operations within a well-established financial institution.
