Job Description Coordinate end-to-end training activities including scheduling and logistics Maintain accurate training records and track completion across systems Prepare dashboards and reports to monitor training performance and KPIs Support onboarding and orientation programme coordination Manage vendor communications, invoicing, and budget tracking Provide operational support across employee lifecycle and initiatives Assist in audit documentation, compliance reporting, and projects The Successful Applicant Has 2 years of experience in L&D, HR operations, or administrative coordination Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient MS Office and HRIS workday What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across Learning & Development and People Experience within a supportive and collaborative environment.
