Job Description Lead and mentor the local cloud operations team. Manage cloud service operations across public and private cloud environments. Own incident management and drive timely issue resolution. Coordinate root cause analysis with engineering and SRE teams. Oversee patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities. Conduct health checks, capacity planning, and performance optimization. Ensure security compliance and vulnerability remediation. The Successful Applicant At least 5 years of cloud operations or infrastructure management experience. Strong knowledge of public cloud services and private cloud technologies. Experience with SRE principles and ITIL frameworks. Proven leadership and incident management experience. Strong technical expertise and track record of achievement.
