Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and tenant fit-out processes. Prepare leasing reports and provide updates on occupancy rates and market conditions. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Leasing Executive (Retail) should have: A diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the retail property sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage effectively with tenants and stakeholders. Good understanding of market trends and leasing processes in the property industry. Proficiency in preparing leasing documents and reports. A proactive approach to problem-solving and tenant relationship management.
