Job Description Manage end-to-end administration of adviser on-boarding, validation, and coding Maintain accurate records of adviser licensing and distribution assignments Support governance processes including annual compliance and fit & proper exercises Monitor and process policy allocations, reactivation, and suspension checks Deliver accurate reporting and ensure adherence to operational timelines Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve SOPs Support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing The Successful Applicant A successful Associate, Distribution Sales Support (DSS) should have: Degree qualified with 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services operations Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach Experience managing administrative workflows and compliance-related tasks Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively What's on Offer This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within a reputable financial services organisation known for its strong operational backbone.
