Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Experience with AI, ML, analytics, or Smart Manufacturing initiatives is advantageous. Exposure to manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams. The Successful Applicant Own and prioritize solution requirements for manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance output, productivity, and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. Drive solution development from concept through deployment and adoption. Identify process gaps and recommend technology-enabled improvements. Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate global stakeholders. Monitor solution performance and drive continuous optimization. Support the scaling and integration of digital solutions across global operations.
