Job Description Support execution of strategic initiatives, including transformation and remediation programmes Produce management reporting to track progress, risks, and performance metrics Partner across front, middle and back office teams to drive platform improvements Contribute to operational excellence through process optimisation and digitisation efforts Support governance activities, including risk controls and regulatory compliance frameworks Participate in working groups and cross-functional forums representing platform interests Assist with business continuity, outsourcing oversight, and organisational readiness initiatives The Successful Applicant Atleast 5 years of experience within private banking or wealth management Understanding of operational processes, risk frameworks, and banking platforms What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly respected private banking environment, providing exposure to strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders.
