Accountant

Responsibilities Manage the company’s finance and administrative functions by organizing and documenting systems, policies, and auditing processes to ensure operational efficiency Prepare company accounts and corporate tax filings accurately and timely to comply with regulatory requirements Review monthly financial accounting and management reports for MICRO-MECHANICS (MMx) to support informed decision-making Prepare monthly consolidation reports, quarterly SGXnet reports, annual reports with supporting details, and annual consolidation budgets to meet statutory and internal deadlines Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to fulfill financial and tax reporting requirements and ensure compliance Coordinate with the company secretary to comply with Companies Act requirements and related government regulations Engage with bankers to manage required services and financing arrangements effectively Perform group internal audits by reviewing, implementing, and documenting accounting systems, procedures, and controls to strengthen financial governance Participate in ISO projects, Enterprise Risk Management, Transfer Pricing, and Sustainability Reporting to support corporate compliance and risk mitigation Assist in general administration functions, including human resources management, to maintain smooth operational workflows Compile, implement, enforce, and maintain company policies related to ISO standards, Environment, Health & Safety, and the Company Handbook to ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures Execute other tasks as directed to support company objectives Requirements : Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent. 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in accountant role.
