As Facility Master planning Engineer of Global Facilities team, you will be an integral member of the Global Facilities Line Planning Group responsible for overseeing and managing the layout and space management related to new construction projects, assisting in the planning and design of facilities construction and expansion projects. You will be responsible for Micron Facility layout & space management assessment, planning, review and analyzing facility design. In this role, you will be managing layout & space management related projects, programs and will help to plan and prioritize resources needed to achieve results and assure accurate tracking of projects and programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success. Responsibilities Collect, classify, evaluate layout and space management data/concepts and information used in new construction projects from ideas, concept design, detail design to actual construction. Collect, classify and evaluate Micron all sites’ layout and space management data to generate benchmark & reference for future Micron Construction Project. Create reports, benchmarking tools and eventual monitoring system for matters related to layout and space management. Work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global Planning, Facilities Transfer Team, CPEE & IEs to coordinate and drive optimum layout, efficient space management & BOC facilities design for Micron Construction. Coordinate and manage interface meetings with respective stakeholders on end users' requirements for new projects and ensuring that their requirements are incorporated into the design during concept/ detailed design phase. Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the participated teams Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. Skills / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of facility planning experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Experience in fab/facilities layout planning, space management, and construction projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and basic coding/scripting. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team environment. Leadership and project coordination experience.
