Member of Technical Staff (MTS), Machine Learning, SMAI

The role involves architecting and executing large-scale custom model training and fine-tuning jobs, as well as designing and developing autonomous AI agents to automate complex manufacturing workflows. Additionally, the candidate will build and maintain data pipelines that feed machine learning models and GenAI applications. Candidates must have a deep understanding of GPU architecture and experience with distributed training techniques, as well as proficiency in fine-tuning large language models. A technical degree in Computer Science or Statistics is required, along with extensive experience in building scalable ETL pipelines and big data processing.
