Job Summary Lead the overall operations of the beauty salon by driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficient, smooth, and profitable business performance Lead, motivate, coach, and develop beauty consultants, therapists, and support staff to meet sales targets and uphold service excellence Provide professional beauty consultations and recommend treatments, packages, and retail products tailored to customers’ needs Perform facial treatments, hair services, and eyelash services maintaining the highest quality and customer care standards Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue, expand the customer base, and enhance market presence Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and exceptional customer engagement Set team performance objectives, conduct coaching sessions, and monitor sales and service KPIs for individuals and teams Identify training needs and implement continuous learning programs to improve staff skills and productivity Monitor daily sales performance to ensure outlet sales targets and operational goals are consistently met Develop and execute customer retention strategies to boost client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction Manage inventory, stock control, ordering, and product replenishment to optimize stock availability and reduce wastage Prepare accurate sales, operational, and performance reports for management review Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities including sales reconciliation and performance evaluation Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements Required competencies and certifications Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or retail industries Proven managerial or supervisory experience leading high-performing sales and service teams Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in beauty or wellness sectors Expertise in beauty consultations, package sales, and customer relationship management Proficiency in performing facial treatments, hair services, and eyelash services Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills to motivate and develop teams Business acumen with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese to serve diverse customers Willingness to work retail operating hours including weekends and public holidays Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with commitment to service excellence Results-driven mindset with ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments Strong leadership presence with excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
