Job Summary Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals in the China market. Lead cross-functional teams to improve operations, analyze market trends, and build stakeholder relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives in the China market Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform business strategies Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive execution of key initiatives Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure alignment with strategic goals Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies in China Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and project prioritization Required competencies and certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy and operations with a strong focus on the China market Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and operational improvements In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, including consumer trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to solve problems effectively Strong leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrated through managing cross-functional teams Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, ora related field; MBA preferred. Experience in the beauty industry Familiarity with digital transformation and innovation strategies Strong negotiation skills and experience working with local partners and vendors
