About this role
You will lead a team in providing insights on the state of security for the defence agencies and industries. You will be responsible to flag out issues of concern promptly for early warning, provide critical insights and you will be leading the team on the analysis of trends and developments that could potentially impact the security of the defence agencies and industries. You will put forth recommendations to higher management for decision-making and policy formulation as part of MSD’s security clearance process. You should have a tertiary education, preferably with at least five years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of personnel security policies. You should possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, and be a team player. You must also be able to cope with the high work demands in a fast-paced environment.
