Psychologist (Population Assessment & Research)

You will be working with a team of psychologists to apply psychological principles and tools, and conduct operational research to meet various assessment objectives and organisational needs. You will apply scientific principles and methodology to design psychological assessment frameworks, research studies and screening tools. You will be in charge of literature reviews, co-ordinating and organizing processes related to data collection, analyses, ensuring data integrity as well as drafting of psychological assessment reports and briefing materials. You will be required to derive meaningful trends from psychological assessment data that would be of value to your stakeholders. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of psychometric screening operations and partake in engagements with stakeholders. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and possess a high level of proficiency in statistics, data analysis, scientific methodology and research design. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills. You should also be detail-oriented and possess good organisation skills. Additionally, you should have an interest in quantitative methods and extrapolating theories to solve real world problems.
