About this role
You will support the execution of asset management and service support operations across the Department, ensuring accurate maintenance of asset records and effective delivery of operational support services in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will be part of a team responsible for carrying out day-to-day asset management and service support activities in support of Departmental requirements. • Execute asset management processes including asset registration, updates, transfers, disposals and maintenance of accurate records in the ERP system. • Conduct physical stocktake and asset verification activities, including tagging, reconciliation of discrepancies and updating of asset records to ensure accuracy and completeness in the ERP system. • Support operational procurement activities, including sourcing of vendors and contractors, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests, and coordinating with suppliers on delivery timelines and service fulfilment. • Perform operational service support duties, including troubleshooting of office equipment, coordination with contractors for repair works, and handling of delivery, receipt, collection and movement of office assets, supplies and materials across locations. • Assist in maintaining records and documentation for asset, procurement and service support activities, and support the preparation of basic reports for audits and operational reviews. A tertiary education in Business, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering or related disciplines is preferred. Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You should possess: • Ability to execute structured operational processes accurately and consistently in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. • Good organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks across asset management, procurement and service support activities. • Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate records and ensuring completeness of documentation in ERP or tracking systems. • Ability to work effectively in a team-based operational environment and support coordination of day-to-day service delivery activities. • Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement processes or asset tracking systems would be an advantage. • A valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous.
