Trading/Project Manager

Responsibilities Familiar with procurement and supplier management processes; able to operate independently, with a basic ability to forecast raw material price trends, and a strong sense of cost awareness and value analysis. Develop chemical procurement plans based on the company's production/sales needs, inventory levels, and market price trends, specifying purchase volumes, timing, and budget allocation; Execute the full procurement order process, track supplier delivery progress, and ensure materials arrive on time, to specification, and cost-effectively; Establish and maintain procurement records and supplier ledgers to support supplier tiering and management. Coordinate sea freight, land transport, tank containers and other transport modes, arrange delivery, unloading, and on-site transport handover to ensure materials arrive safely and on time. Follow up on import/export customs clearance, documentation (bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, etc.) and compliance procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Make preliminary assessments and follow-ups on product quality issues, coordinate with the quality team to complete inspections and explanations, and liaise with customers to facilitate cargo acceptance. Collect and analyze raw material prices, freight rates, and market supply-demand changes to provide data support for procurement strategy adjustments. Requirements At least 4 years of relevant working experience, candidates with integrated procurement-sales (trading) experience and import/ export trade experience are preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Willing to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia (e.g., Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia).
