Job Summary Plan and deliver age-appropriate literacy programs for young learners, fostering individual development and strong parent relationships in line with MindChamps’ educational philosophy. Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and implement the Literacy programme following MindChamps’ policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy Prepare and use age-appropriate teaching aids to enhance classroom learning experiences Apply positive guidance strategies and techniques consistently to support student development Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with students (“Champs”) and their parents to foster engagement and trust Keep accurate records of each Champ’s progress and tailor educational and developmental support to individual needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma, preferably in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc) Minimum of 1 year classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old Engaging, dynamic, and creative approach to teaching Excellent communication and classroom management skills Strong command of spoken and written English
