Manager (NS Relations and Engagement) - Selarang

You will support the management of all Human Resource (HR) administration, HR management, training coordination, feedback management, and National Service (NS) engagement matters within the formation. - Serve as the primary point of contact for NSmen on all HR and administrative matters - Liaise with relevant agencies to resolve HR and administrative issues raised by NSmen - Support HR management functions such as succession planning, resource allocation and top-ups, course management, and performance appraisals - Coordinate and conduct cohesion activities for NS units to regularly engage NSmen - Partner with stakeholders to implement systems and processes to increase confidence in the SAF Challenge(s) - Navigating a dynamic and increasingly complex landscape driven by rising NSmen expectations and the evolving nature of In-Camp Training (ICT)s, requiring a proactive and pre-emptive approach to engagement - Managing issues that involve multiple agencies, requiring familiarity with stakeholder systems and processes to accurately identify and resolve problems - Education in any field - At least 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred - Hands-on experience with SAP in HR administration is preferred - Strong written and oral command of the English language - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to define problems, generate ideas, evaluate and implement solutions, and assess outcomes effectively - Ability to organise and lead teams - Strong interest in process management and engagement work (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
