HR Manager (Compliance Assurance)

You enhance and monitor compliance of manpower processes for the Ministry of Defence and the Singapore Armed Forces (MINDEF/SAF). You will develop data analytical models, conduct research, and implement innovative digital solutions to improve policy implementation and contract management. - Enhance and monitor compliance of manpower processes - Develop data analytical models to facilitate compliance checks - Conduct research and implement innovative digital solutions to improve policy implementation and contract management - Work with stakeholders to identify common audit issues, risk factors, and areas for improvement - Enable relevant stakeholders to have easy access to digital solutions for policy, system, and process reviews Challenge(s) - Performing detailed and rigorous analytical work within a highly structured system while managing multiple work activities in a high-tempo and dynamic environment - Education in any discipline, with an interest in data analytics - Experience or knowledge relating to audit, compliance, or human resource practices and principles is advantageous - Good analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Good understanding of organisational structures, operations, and processes (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
