Senior Executive (NS Generation & Deployment)

You are responsible for mapping out National Service (NS) generation plans to ensure sustainable NS manpower structures, as well as managing the development and deployment of Full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) and NSmen within the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). - Manage the development and deployment of NSFs and NSmen in the RSN, including overseeing the transition of operationally ready date (ORD) NSFs into their roles as NSmen - Administer applications related to NSF deployment, such as Voluntary Extension of Service, Contract Service, and absorption into Regular service - Monitor NSmen in holding lists from the point of ORD until their deployment as NSmen, ensuring those who become deployable are assigned to NS roles at the earliest opportunity - Perform course administration for NSmen and manage the development of those identified for higher Operationally Ready National Service (ORNS) appointments Challenge(s) - Handling large volumes of deployment data and ensure accurate and timely updates in e-HR systems - Maintaining comprehensive deployment records and databases - Coordinating complex tasks requiring interaction with multiple agencies and units - At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources - Meticulous and organised - Ability to compile and process large volumes of information - Independent worker - Good communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Familiarity with HR Systems Applications and Products (SAP) platform is preferred Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
