You assist the medical officer and senior medic in the day-to-day running of the medical centre, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare to all servicemen. - Manage the administration of medical centre processes, logistics, and manpower resources - Perform clinical duties in support of the medical centre's operations - Conduct continual medical education for NSF medics Challenge(s) - Forward-planning and staying organised in daily routines while remaining composed when responding to events and ad-hoc tasks - Confidently fulfilling a leadership role and providing guidance to junior medical staff in the course of their duties - Knowledge in medical healthcare, with skills in human resource management, workforce planning, and logistics management - Prior work experience in clinical practice or paramedic experience is advantageous - Ability to perform occasional field duties Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
