Assistant Director (NS Relations & Engagement) - Clementi

You manage all National Service (NS) matters including deployment, engagement, leadership succession planning, training, and administration within the NS Brigade. - Work closely with relevant agencies to resolve HR and administrative issues raised by NSmen - Manage HR functions such as succession planning, resource allocation, course management, and performance appraisals - Facilitate engagement activities for NS units - Coordinate In Camp Training (ICT) management with training institutions before, during, and after in-camp training - Support Brigade operational matters in coordination with Division and Brigade operations staff Challenge(s) - Managing the diverse requirements and queries of NSmen and NS units in a timely and effective manner - Operating independently and adapting to different situations as they arise - Education in Human Resource or a related field - At least 6 years in HR administration, operations or training - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with NSmen and senior NS commanders - Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly to different situations Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
