Lead Engineer (Cyber Threat Intelligence)

You will lead a team to perform technical analysis of cyber artifacts targeting or of interest to the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), while managing stakeholder requirements and directing the development of technical solutions to identify current and emerging cyber threats. - Manage stakeholder requirements and report key Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) concerns - Oversee and perform technical analysis of cyber artifacts to extract indicators for deep-dives - Direct the research and implementation of technical solutions - Manage the production of accurate and coherent technical intelligence reports - Develop and maintain technical tradecraft in CTI enrichment and analysis - Perform analysis and identify malicious indicators - Classify and triage phishing incidents and campaigns - Train and develop junior engineers Challenge(s) - Communicating effectively with senior management while leading technical experts to develop solutions, build long-term capabilities and implement efficient CTI operations - Keeping pace with sophisticated and rapidly evolving threat techniques while maintaining the speed and accuracy required for rapid analysis - Education in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field - At least 6 years of relevant experience in the cyber security industry, with experience in threat intelligence, research, security operations or incident response - Experience with analysis tools including sandboxing, URL analysis platforms and threat intelligence tools - At least two advanced professional certification or industry-recognised qualification related to cyber security (e.g., CISA, GCTI, GCIH, GCIA, GREM, GPEN, OSCP, etc.) - Knowledge of networking and web technologies - Familiarity with phishing techniques and social engineering tactics with understanding of email protocols and - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
