Platform (Paas/Caas) Infrastructure Lead

Singaporean only Platform (PaaS/CaaS) Infrastructure Lead Job Requirements Job Overview Manage and operate platform services in a tenant environment above hypervisor level. Ensure reliability, security, and operability of container platforms and COTS components (MongoDB, Nginx, MQTT, IBM MQ, ArcGIS, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Lead platform operations team for container platforms and COTS services Manage incidents, changes, RCA, and platform lifecycle Install, configure, and troubleshoot COTS components Work with application and Authority Furnised Equipment (AFE) teams for integration and issue resolution Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and architecture documentation Ensure monitoring, logging, and observability Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management Ensure OS hardening compliance (golden image) Drive capacity planning and performance tuning Lead DR/BCP activities Qualifications 7–10 years infrastructure/platform experience Strong Kubernetes / container platform experience Experience with Docker / Podman Experience installing and managing MongoDB, MSSQL, Nginx, Apache Experience with messaging systems (IBM MQ, MQTT, Kafka equivalent) Understanding of network, firewall, load balancer (for troubleshooting) Linux administration and OS hardening Monitoring tools (eG Monitoring, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) Experience in government / regulated environments preferred Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD integration Automation (Ansible, scripting) Integration patterns (REST, messaging) Security compliance familiarity Platform (PaaS/CaaS), containers, COTS, OS hardening Team Size Leading a team of 4–6 infrastructure engineers
