M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in coordinating and overseeing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure smooth site operations and project progress Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to facilitate effective project execution. Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of shop drawings, coordination drawings, and other technical documents. Monitor siteworks to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and construction schedules. Attend site meetings and assist in identifying and resolving technical, design, and coordination issues. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and other required records in a timely manner. Support project completion activities, including testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover. Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager(s). Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS office Fluent in written and spoken English, with ability to communicate with all levels Willing to work on some Saturdays Possess relevant Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences 2-4 years of working experience in the related field of construction/interior design is required for this position
