Shipping Operation Executive

Job description： Physical attendance onboard vessels as protective, owners and charterers agent Able to liaise and coordinate with respective government bodies for smooth vessels turnaround on arrival and departure clearance. Experience in handling wet and dry cargo, bulk cargo and project vessels as agent. Able to handle crew change, good coordination on owners matters independently. Coordinate with repairs, berths, tugs, harbor pilots and launches. Adhoc tasks as per Charterer/Owners requirement. Updating vessel records and invoices using the company ERP system. Other tasks assigned by HOD. Requirement: Flexible with the ability to think on the spot. Computer literate with tertiary education. Preferred 1-year relevant vessel boarding experience. Good negotiation and communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with people of all levels. Ability to work under intense pressure. Able to work long working hours and during holidays. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred as this role needs to deal with both English and Chinese speaking stakeholders quite frequently.
