Manager/ Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Research

As a Manager / Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Research in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will be responsible for planning and executing various marketing campaigns and internship/ immersion programmes. You will work with stakeholders to build and maintain MOE’s employer brand, and attract suitable applicants to join as Teachers, MOE Kindergarten Educators, Allied Educators, and Executive and Administrative Staff. This role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities. • Develop and execute marketing projects and media strategies to attract target applicants • Conduct market research and analyse data to draw insights that support recruitment efforts • Organise and participate in information sessions, career fairs and outreach events • Manage end-to-end internship/ immersion programmes, overseeing the full cycle from applications, interviews, deployment and payroll coordination • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage various stakeholders • A team player who is open to learning and can work well across teams to manage multiple tasks • Ability to analyse and research, using data to draw insights and develop actionable plans • Familiarity with conceptualising creative recruitment marketing campaigns across out-of-home and social media platforms would be an advantage • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint would be required; and knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or other graphic design and videography tools would be an advantage As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
