To provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in the development and implementation of research methodologies. This individual ensures methodological rigor and innovation across all research projects, maintaining high standards for data quality, validity, and reliability. The responsibilities include: • Design and oversee the implementation of robust research and data collection methodologies. • Evaluate and improve existing methodologies, ensuring they align with current best practices and organizational goals. • Lead methodological innovation to enhance the efficiency and impact of research initiatives. • Provide expert consultation to project teams on sampling, survey design, data collection, and statistical analysis. • Ensure quality control processes are in place for research outputs. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define methodological standards. • Stay current with emerging trends in research methodology, data science, and analytics. • Publish or present findings related to methodological advancements. • Advanced qualification in statistics, research methodology, social sciences, data science, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in research or applied statistics, including leadership roles. • Deep knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods. • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Stata). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven track record of methodological innovation and implementation.
