Senior Manager, Business Process Review and Automation, CMD (Part-time)

This role is required to develop, review and implement programme evaluation framework in the organisation to strengthen the feedback loop between resourcing and outcomes. There is also a need to support the transformation of the organisation through automation and digitalisation. Automation and Digitalisation A • Identify areas within the organisation that can benefit from automation and digitalisation (including but not limited to the identification of inefficiencies and areas for improvement) • Map out the business process maps for As-Is and To-Be Process • Develop strategies to streamline processes by eliminating unnecessary steps and optimizing workflows • Develop strategies and plans to implement automation and digitalisation initiatives including change management proposals Automation and Digitalisation B • Build/implemental and test the proposed automation and digitalisation initiatives to ensure streamlined process • Facilitate training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new automated and digital processes • Knowledge in Accounting or Business Administration with at least two years of relevant experience in finance/budget-related areas is preferred • Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector financing and governance is preferred • Experience in data analytics and RPA is advantageous • Possess critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels • Highly motivated with positive working attitude • Able to work independently and in a team
