RPG undertakes the statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children and families. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to break cycles of abuse, neglect and offending. As part of the RPG family, Prevention and Operations Policy (POP) division complements RPG’s remedial work, in coordinating whole-of-government efforts to prevent domestic violence and youth offending. POP also oversees the RPG centralised Data Management and Operational technology functions. - Gather and document business requirements - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present solutions - Support process improvement initiatives - Provide project administration support - Develop process maps, functional prototypes and proof of concepts using suitable platforms - Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience with relevant experience in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; portfolio of prototype/development work preferred - Experience with prototype/wireframing/productivity tools (Power Platform, RPA, Figma, etc.) preferred - Interest in social work case management - Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills and ability to present information clearly - Eagerness and willingness to learn new tools and techniques and leverage on technology for efficiency
