Data Analyst, ECDA/SP [GRIT@Gov]

ECDA's Sector Planning team is responsible for the planning, design and development of preschool supply, to meet the demand for pre-school services in Singapore. This is a critical function to achieve Government's goal of providing accessible, affordable and quality preschool services for young families. - Analyse and harness insights from preschool-related data to enhance preschool infrastructure planning and service delivery. - Monitor and propose responses to fast-changing trends in the preschool sector. Communicate findings through visualisations and presentations/reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Conduct studies, feasibility assessments, evaluate proposals and guide implementation of preschool infrastructure plans with government agencies and industry partners. - Data Analytics or related qualifications - Good understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical methods - Proficient in data modelling techniques (e.g. using R) and data visualisation (e.g. using PowerBI) - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and interpersonal skills
