Manager / Senior Manager (Engagement & Volunteer Management), CED

Description of Division: MSF’s Communications & Engagement Division (CED) spearheads and executes communication and multi-stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote greater public awareness for MSF’s policies and programmes, grow public trust, and contribute towards MSF’s outcomes of building stronger families, resilient individuals and a caring society. Brief description of Job Scope: You will be part of the team to develop and operationalise the volunteer management policy for our stakeholders and volunteers. This is to help MSF build a strong network of volunteers who can help fellow Singaporeans in challenging situations to achieve social mobility and resilience. Responsibilities: You will be involved in the following: Ops-Tech Review • Lead business process reviews to improve operations processes and mitigate pain points • Support tech product development through business requirements gathering, harmonisation and analysis • Manage stakeholder relations to understand priorities and competing needs Volunteer Engagement • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance volunteer experience and satisfaction • Conceptualise and implement the annual volunteer recognition event • Drive communications and branding initiatives to increase awareness of the MSFCare Network brand • Address and/or direct public queries on opportunities for volunteering collaboration Requirements: • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills • Stakeholder management • Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task • Able to work independently and a good team player • Experience in data analysis and design thinking will be an advantage
