If you share our vision and possess the qualities we seek, do join us! You will be part of the Strategic Planning team within MOT’s Strategic Planning & Organisational Transformation Division. The job will require you to: a) Plan, coordinate and implement the MOT Family strategic planning agenda by collaborating with senior leaders, MOT’s Divisions and our Statutory Boards as well as other government agencies to align with the Whole-of-Government (WoG) objectives and outcomes. b) Plan, review and coordinate the annual strategic planning, resource planning and reporting cycle to ensure accountability, drive alignment and achievement of WoG and MOT Family strategic objectives and priorities. c) Analyse data and information to identify patterns, trends, outliers, insights and threats to better support evidence-based decisions and policy development, as well as undertake foresight-related environment scanning and develop a portfolio of up-to-date foresight capabilities and products. d) Coordinate and track the development and implementation of policies and programmes by business units to ensure that resources, capabilities and structures enable us to deliver well. e) Oversee Ministry Family Parliamentary Matters with the objective of enhancing parliamentary engagement and coordination, support coherence in policy positions and narratives, and strengthen institutional capability across the MOT on Parliamentary matters. You should be a Singapore citizen with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in a policy/corporate/strategic planning role. You should be results-oriented, highly self-motivated, resilient and possess the ability to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders both at the individual and group level. You should also be a good team player, possessing excellent analytical, communications and organisational skills, with the ability to distil complex information into actionable insights. Meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines. Job holders would have the opportunity to work in different or multiple sections within the Division, taking into consideration the officers’ competencies and development needs, as well as the needs of the Division.
