As a key member of our Human Resource (HR) team, you will develop and implement strategies and programmes in Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with the aim of attracting, engaging, and retaining a talented workforce. In this role, you will have opportunities to co-create, shape and participate in initiatives that foster high performance and growth in the areas of C&B (e.g. salary scheme reviews, payroll, leave, etc) and awards for both MOT HQ and our Statutory Boards, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure HR programmes align with organisational strategies, and budget parameters. Beyond the day-to-day, you may contribute to broader HR projects including policy reviews, and employee communications related to C&B and awards. You will closely partner other HR functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management) and Finance to deliver integrated and impactful people solutions. • Singapore citizen with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in C&B. Relevant experience in the public sector will be an advantage • Strong sensitivity to numbers / data processing, ability to use data and analytics to generate insights, and familiarity with the SAP system and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage • Detail-oriented and forward-thinking, with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and a commitment to excellence • A team player, meticulous, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels
