Job description As a Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements fulfill regulatory requirements & are effectively distributed to reach out to more customers both locally as well as internationally. This role involves handling product registrations & maximising listing opportunities, liaising & presenting to various stakeholders, as well as spearheading new markets & new product development. Key Responsibilities Regulatory compliance & product registrations: Handle licenses & product listings in Singapore & overseas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Supply chain & product development: Monitor inventory levels & coordinate stock replenishment with internal teams & suppliers to support supply chain optimization & cost efficiency while maintaining product integrity Product outreach & positioning: Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver scientifically backed product education, including the development & delivery of Continuous Medical Education (CME) initiatives. Stay updated with the latest clinical evidence to create training content & marketing messages, ensuring strong commercial exposure & positioning our pharmaceutical drugs & health supplements as products of choice for healthcare professionals, patients & consumers across the various markets Clinical support & medication management: Deliver scientifically backed clinical education to healthcare professionals & provide expert support for medication inquiries to ensure the safe & effective use of our pharmaceutical products & health supplements Process documentation & innovation: Learn about various aspects of the business & collaborate with the different teams to optimize & document processes as well as execute initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency & profitability for continuous business stability & success Key Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with a valid Singapore Pharmacy Council license Core Expertise: Proven experience in regulatory affairs (product registration), clinical management, and commercial business development Technical & Professional Skills: Proficient in SAP Business One and Microsoft Office; skilled in data-driven analysis, medical presentations & stakeholder engagement Preferred: Keen interest in the commercial aspect is advantageous Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about pharmaceutical advocacy and commercial growth
