General Manager (Business Management)

Job Description 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement business strategies and long-term plans Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities Set annual goals and align them with the company's vision 2. Financial & Performance Management Take full ownership of revenue, profit, and cost targets (P&L responsibility) Monitor KPls and business performance Adjust strategies to ensure targets are achieved 3. Operations Management Oversee daily business operations across departments Improve processes, efficiency, and productivity Ensure smooth coordination between teams 4. Team Leadership & Organization Build, lead, and manage cross-functional teams Recruit, train, and develop key talent Establish performance evaluation and incentive systems 5. Financial Control & Risk Management Manage budgets and control expenses Approve major investments and expenditures Ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks Requirements Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant managerial/operational experience. Minimum Qualification Level: None Required Strong strategic thinking, leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills. Benefits & Remuneration Monthly Salary Range: SGD 10,000 – SGD 15,000 Competitive performance-based bonus and incentive package.
